Losses resulting from online transactions will be borne soley and exclusively by the user and under no circumstances will any such loses in whole or part be borne by buy4baby Limited.
3. Payment
We accept payment by Laser Card, Visa and Mastercard. We use a secure payment environment approved in advance by the bank and adhering to the Bank’s security measures. All transactions are carried out through a secure gateway called Realex. We do not store your financial details and all other information stored by us will not be disclosed to any other companies, business or individuals without your express authorisation. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account, which is provided to you by buy4baby.ie who host the transactional element of the website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any breach of security.
We want your shopping experience to be pleasant and safe. Whenever you are at the checkout link, you’ll see that the prefix in the URL is https: and the s means that the site is secure.
To protect the information you send with your order, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts the information you send over the Internet so only we can decode it.

4. Returns & Exchange
If for any reason the goods you receive are not those ordered or are faulty in some way, you must e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and return them unused and in original packaging within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. The packaging will need to be examined for damage. We will reimburse you for this return (excluding delivery cost) and your exchange goods will be shipped free of charge.
If you wish to return goods because of a change of mind you must e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, return them unused and in original packing within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. We cannot exchange beyond this time, and your goods must be in perfect re-saleable condition. No monetary value will be extended, and you will be responsible for all postage costs. We would welcome your feedback on why your goods disappointed you, so please do let us know.
5. Special Offers
Where a special offer price applies to several items in an offer, then it only applies if all items in the offer are kept. If you choose to return part of the special offer, the refund value will equal the difference between the price of the complete offer and the original prices of items you keep.
6. Delivery Rates
A delivery charge is applicable to all products. We use a courier company for all our deliveries, for all deliveries a flat nationwide rate of €6.50 applies. Free delivery applies to orders to the value of €200 and over.
7. Privacy
buy4baby Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information, which you provide us with, will not be passed onto any third party. We do not use our mailing list for any other purpose than to maintain our personal service to you by contacting you in relation to your order or informing you of special offers. 1. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against products listed on the www.buy4baby.ie website. To use your gift voucher please enter your redemption code at the checkout basket.
2. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be
replaced if lost or stolen.
3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash & are non-returnable or transferable.
4. Gift vouchers are redeemable internationally. Please contact customer service for shipping costs to destinations outside Ireland.
5. www.buy4baby.ie reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and reserve the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.
6. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from date of purchase.
